After a corporate career in consultancy services and consumer goods, Willem began managing headhunting/recruitment services more than 15 years ago.
As Executive Director/Board Member for VMA GROUP he heads up all executive search and recruitment activities (permanent, interim and contract) across Europe, supported by consultants in various locations. He spends most of his time in our Amsterdam and Brussels offices and in other markets where our clients call for our services.
